Cranberry Protein Shake

Serves : 3 Prep time : 5 mins
Ingredients
- ¼ cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 scoops of Pro2fit protein – Minty chocolate or Vanilla
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 4 ice cubes
Method:
- Soak chia seeds prior
- Add all the required and optional ingredients to the blender
- Blend for 2 mins
- Transfer the shake to large cup or shaker and enjoy
