Cranberry Protein Shake

Ingredients 

  • ¼ cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 scoops of Pro2fit protein – Minty chocolate or Vanilla
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 4 ice cubes

Method:

  • Soak chia seeds prior
  • Add all the required and optional ingredients to the blender
  • Blend for 2 mins
  • Transfer the shake to large cup or shaker and enjoy
