Ingredients
- 1 scoop Pro2Fit Vanilla
- 1 banana, peeled and preferably frozen
- 150 to 200 ml Almond milk or water
- 2 Tbsp plain oats
- 1 heaping Tbsp natural peanut butter
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 5-6 ice cubes
Method:
- Add all the required and optional ingredients to the blender
- Blend for 2 mins
- Transfer the shake to large cup or shaker
- Enjoy High protein shake
