Strawberry Orange Smoothie

Serves : 1 Prep time : 5 mins
Ingredients
- 150 to 200 ml coconut milk / water
- 10 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Orange (peeled)
- 1 banana (fresh)
- 3 scoops of Pro2fit protein – vanilla
- 2 ice cubes
Method:
- Add all the required and optional ingredients to the blender
- Blend for 2 mins
- Transfer the shake to large cup or shaker
- Enjoy High protein shake
