Ingredients 

  • 150 to 200 ml coconut milk / water
  • 10 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Orange (peeled)
  • 1 banana (fresh)
  • 3 scoops of Pro2fit protein – vanilla
  • 2 ice cubes

Method:

  • Add all the required and optional ingredients to the blender
  • Blend for 2 mins
  • Transfer the shake to large cup or shaker
  • Enjoy High protein shake
