Ingredients 

  • 1 orange (peeled and parted)
  • 1 cup Mango chucks (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 banana (fresh)
  • 2 scoops of Pro2fit protein – Minty chocolate or Vanilla
  • 2-4 ice cubes

Method

  • Add all the required and optional ingredients to the blender
  • Blend for 2 mins
  • Transfer the shake to large cup or shaker
  • Enjoy High protein shake
