Tropical Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 orange (peeled and parted)
- 1 cup Mango chucks (frozen or fresh)
- 1 banana (fresh)
- 2 scoops of Pro2fit protein – Minty chocolate or Vanilla
- 2-4 ice cubes
Method
- Add all the required and optional ingredients to the blender
- Blend for 2 mins
- Transfer the shake to large cup or shaker
- Enjoy High protein shake
