Ingredients 

  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 handful fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop Pro2Fit Unflavoured / Vanilla
  • 150ml water

Method:

  • Add all the required and optional ingredients to the blender
  • Blend for 2 mins
  • Transfer the shake to large cup or shaker
  • Enjoy High protein shake
