We take utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.  However, a RETURN can be initiated if:

  • You have received a damaged or tampered product.
  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Email us at, the Order Number and the Images of the damage to the product. We shall not be responsible for any item sent to us for RETURN/REPLACEMENT without our confirmation.
  • A replacement will be initiated from our end if we find the product is in an unusable condition.
  • Please ensure the product is in its original condition, unopened and unused product along with the original invoice, box and price tags.
  • You will have an option to take refund or exchange the product, as per your request.
  • Please note that replacements are subject to availability of particular products.


  • The customer may be liable to pay a processing fee in case of returns or replacements under certain scenarios - including, but not limited to requesting a change of flavour / product / variant or any requests of similar nature. The processing fee amount will be conveyed to the customer at the time of taking the request for replacement or return and the request will be processed further after the payment for the processing fee has been processed.
  • In case of errors in the product such as incorrect product / variant / flavor shipped to the customer, there will be no processing fee applicable on requests for returns or replacement.


Refunds can be issued if:

  • The product ordered by you is not in stock with us.
  • The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
  • If you comply with the returns policy stated above.
  • The product returned by you is found in good condition and is not tampered with, and your reason for return is deemed as ‘acceptable’ by our management.

For payments made by Net Banking, Credit / Debit or any other cards, the refund should reflect in the respective accounts with 3 - 5 business days.


An order cannot be cancelled once the payment is made.
