www.pro2fit.in website works primarily on D2C / B2C model and the prices available on the website are inclusive of taxes.


All Shipping & Handling charges need to be paid additionally to the product’s cost for orders less than Rs. 499/- .Before placement of order, we will notify you the shipping & handling charges. For orders above Rs.499/- shipping and handling is free.

We will deliver the products on terms of consent on the Packing and Shipping charges payable by the customer. Your product will reach to the given delivery address on most occasions within 7-10 business days for domestic purchases.

We do not bear responsibility for delays in delivery due customer unavailability or wrong address information. In order to avoid delays, please submit the correct and complete delivery address along with pin code and landmark.

However during festivals and government holidays, delivery within stipulated time may not be possible. During such occasions, we shall make the domestic delivery within 15 business days. We guarantee to deliver the right product for which you have placed the order.

In rare instances, where you receive a different product, or the product was damaged during shipment, immediately contact us via email : info@pinnaclebio.in and expect a revert within 24 business hours. We will make sure your product is immediately replaced with the new product as per your order.


pro2fit.in has the right to cancel the orders that we are unable to accept. We immediately inform the customer and update the status of the order placed on our website. Refund will be provided for orders that are cancelled by pro2fit.in


We back our products with 15 Days replacement policy and strive to help you make the best purchase. If you need to return a product for any reason, we have a hassle-free return policy for you. Return the product to pro2fit.in within 15 Days from the date of product delivery under the 15 Days replacement policy. In case of returning products shipping cost both ways needs to be paid by the customer. Returns can be done in the following terms:

  1. Only Products that do not fit due to a size mismatch or manufacturing defects are covered under our 15 Days replacement/exchange policy.
  2. Our Quality Assurance department will check the returned product for damages. We shall not accept any damaged merchandise which indicate signs of wear & tear. 
  3. All products must be returned unused with its original price tags and labels. 
  4. Any non-factory defects and damages post-delivery to customers are not valid for replacements, and/or refunds.
  5. A full refund will only be provided in the event that the same product is not available for replacement.
  6. Note that taxes and duties paid on your purchase are non-refundable.
